This was one of my very first assignments. A very wonderful and passionate 5th Grade school teacher was recreating her own version of the book Best Part of Me by Wendy Ewald. She had her students write about their favorite feature and then she had me photograph them. I had SO MUCH FUN!

In Greenpoint, Brooklyn, home to the new Guy Catelli Studios is this magical Vegan/Veg. Coffeehouse in which I've already grown to love so much. This guy was so comfortable and so focused that he didn't notice me (or maybe he did, and didn't mind) snapping away at him for several minutes. He was nonetheless inspiring to watch.
